
APPLICATION: Valid for travel to and from any ASEAN cities up to a maximum of four (4) flight coupons on Malaysia Airlines' services, this DOES NOT include Malaysia Domestic routes. The ASEAN Pass is only applicable for route that is operated by MAS and not any other airlines i.e. code shares or interlines. Please note that flights to Cebu will be suspended effective 1 July 2010.
VOUCHER VALIDITY: ASEAN Pass eVoucher is valid for six (6) months from date of purchase.
REDEMPTION OF VOUCHER: To facilitate exchange of ASEAN Pass eVoucher to ticket, please
call 1300 88 3000 (within Malaysia) or +603 7843 3000 (outside Malaysia).
TICKET VALIDITY: Ticket issued is valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
EXTENSION: Extensions are not allowed.
DISCOUNT: Children and infant discounts are not applicable.
BOOKING CLASS: Economy Class - MHlow only.
Please note that there are three different classes under MHlow: V, L and S. The ASEAN Pass
eVoucher is only valid for V class and subject to seat availability.
OPEN JAW: Open Jaw is allowed.
Example of Open Jaw: Passenger flies from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok, and then takes a ground trip over to Phuket at passengers own expenses and then flies back to Kuala Lumpur from Phuket. This will be considered as using two (2) coupons.
DATE CHANGE: Date change is allowed, at USD25 per change.
REROUTING: Rerouting is allowed, at USD25 per change.
REFUND: Unutilized voucher refundable at USD25, ONLY applicable within voucher validity period.
No refund allowed once voucher is expired or converted to ticket. Once voucher is exchanged for
ticket, total ticket payment made is NOT refundable.
NO SHOW: There WILL NOT BE any refund for failure to use the ticket that was booked on the day of departure. However, the remaining unused ticket can still be utilized.
WAITLIST: Waitlist is not allowed at reservation, but passengers maybe accepted at the airport,
subject to seat availability.
NON TRANSFERABLE: ASEAN Pass eVoucher and redeemed ticket are not transferable to other parties.
AIRPORT TAX: Due to local regulations, airport tax for certain countries needs to be collected by the respective airport authorities. This includes departures from the following points: Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Brunei and Philippines. Passengers traveling from these airports are responsible for bearing the cost of airport tax which needs to be remitted to the respective airport authorities.
TICKETING INSTRUCTIONS: The ASEAN Pass eVoucher must be exchanged for ticket for all
sectors at the same time. The first outbound sector must be firm. Subsequent sectors can be firm or open dated. Open dated bookings will be subject to seat availability. Ticket coupons must be used in sequence.
