Service as in overall?In short haul route, ppl usually seek for efficiency(time) especially those who are travelling outbound to destinations in Peninsular.Air Asia's cabin service can't compared with MAS. As well as the airport service, KLIA are more comfortable than LCCT.In conclusion, Air Asia's services are not bad and they are efficient as well. If money is not the matter, I prefer MAS. ;-)
