What is Flexi Return or Open Jaws?
It is the value-added ticket for extended travel plans.
It allows you to visit a few destinations at one go. If you choose the new Flexi Return option you will get a greater freedom and value when you travel. Also known as an "open jaw" ticket, this option allows you to fly home from a different city than the one you arrived in. In short, you can fly from point Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok, then return from point Chiang Mai back to Kuala Lumpur. The purpose is to provide the convenience of booking it all in one transaction.
